Without you, your energy, and your passion, the SKOLL WINTER FESTIVAL would not exist.

 

Becoming a volunteer at the Skoll Winter Festival means dedicating a few hours of your time to experience something unique, in an incredible atmosphere, and in total immersion in the techno universe.

It's simple: you're 18 years old, available from the nights of February 28 to March 2, so click on the questionnaire link below (and from Thursday for setup).

 

We promise a great vibe, shifts that also let you enjoy the artists, and a chill-out space for volunteers. 

 

Be part of creating a memorable event, support the local music scene, and enjoy international artists.

The missions

For all these positions, there will be multiple teams so you can also enjoy the festival or rest between shifts in a space specially dedicated to you.

Bar

Handle card-only payments, serve festival-goers, and manage barrel rotations. Two bars are planned, one in the mainstage hall, and another larger one with a view of the underground stage. A bustling space with an incredible vibe!

Partner Bar

Welcome partners in the VIP area, ensure their catering is always available, and offer them drinks. You are on the mezzanine with a spectacular view of the mainstage.

Volunteer Area

Ticket Scanning

Welcome festival-goers, scan tickets, or direct them to the cashier. Provide information if needed. You finish early and can enjoy the closing acts.

Cashier

Key individuals needed for this role ! Missions: welcome festival-goers without tickets or those wishing to pay in cash, create a virtual card for them, and handle payments.

Loges and VIP

Ensure cleanliness in the loges, availability of requested necessities for artists, and smooth rotation of artists in the loges.

Merchandising

Sale of merchandise.

Setup

Icône horaires (available during the day on Thursday, Friday, and Sunday during the day)

Assist in setting up and dismantling the festival and village. Ideally, you have technical experience.

Parking

Welcome festival-goers in cars, guide them to parking spaces, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Direct partners to their designated parking area. You finish early and can enjoy the headliners!

Site Cleanliness

Walk around the festival, ensure trash bins are emptied, and the ground remains clean while enjoying the sets. The perfect role to miss nothing!

Security

Ensure the safety of festival-goers and a pleasant event atmosphere by monitoring restricted access and only allowing authorized individuals (stage, partners, loges, volunteers, staff).

Technical - Stage Assistant

Assist technicians and artists to ensure optimal sets. You have technical experience and are at the heart of the action!

Coat Check

Welcome festival-goers and take care of their belongings! Items are placed in sealed, numbered bags. At the end of the evening, return items against the assigned number in an electrifying atmosphere! 

How to become a volunteer?

  1. Click on the link and fill out all the fields, indicating your preferred positions.
  2. Block off your weekend! If you're available for both days, there's a good chance you'll be part of the adventure (we can't wait!).
  3. We'll confirm your role starting in December.
  4. We'll hold a volunteer information meeting at the beginning of February, where we'll explain how the festival works (with spoiler alerts on the schedule).
